1. IRC is committed to being a welcoming and inclusive space. Discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated at IRC. We welcome people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes, but is not limited to, any members of different sexual orientations, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, social and economic class, education level, immigration status, age, political beliefs, religion, and mental and physical ability.
2. IRC is a drug free workplace. Any possession, use, distribution, or business regarding substances of abuse is prohibited. Staff may not use tobacco products, or be under the influence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or other substances on company property, while working or at affiliate campuses. All IRC employees may be subjected to drug testing per company policy.
3. Employees of IRC must demonstrate respect and professionalism on social media. Social media postings containing dishonorable material such as sexual content, racial and religious discrimination, disability insults, as well as content related to sensitive company and/or patient information will not be tolerated. If it is inappropriate for a parent of a patient to see it, do not post it. Any pictures, videos, or media containing clients or client information is strictly prohibited.
4. Professionalism is expected by all IRC employees. This includes dressing appropriately for work, being prompt and on time, working effectively, and following through on commitments. With over 20 years of experience, we are known for our fantastic team, and we are excited for you to become part of that team.

At Integrated Rehabilitation Center, in addition to our standard Code of Ethics, Applied Behavior Analysis professionals, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), are held to an additional standard of professionalism. Core Principles:
1. Benefit Others: Behavior analysts work to maximize benefits and do no harm by protecting the welfare and rights of clients, actively identifying potential conflicts of interests and working to resolve them, effectively and respoectfull collaborating with others in the best interest of those with whom they work and always placing client’s interests first.
2. Treat Others with Compassion, Dignity, and Respect. Treating others regardless of differences, respecting other’s privacy and confidentiality, promoting client’s self-determination to the best of their ability, and providing clients and stakeholders with needed information to make informed choices abour services.
3. Behave with Integrity. Behavior analysts fullfill responsibilities to their sceinfitic and professional communities, to society in general, and to the communities they serve by behaving in an honest and trustworthy manner, holding themselves accountable, and actively working to create professional environmentas that uphold the core principles and standars of care.
4. Ensure their Competence by remaining within the profession’s scope of practice and remaining knowledgeable and current about best practices and advacements in ABA.
